Where are these wind chimes made?
All wind chimes are handmade in Canada, using Canadian materials.
Where do you ship?
I ship throughout Canada and the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free.
How does shipping to the USA work with tariffs?
My wind chimes are made in Canada with Canadian materials, so they enter the United States tariff-free. I carefully complete the required paperwork, which is uploaded electronically to the courier and also attached to the shipment.
Shipping remains free. A $20 brokerage fee per item is added at checkout to help cover new brokerage costs. There are no additional duties, tariffs, or surprise charges on delivery.
How long before my order ships? And how long for delivery?
Orders typically ship within two business days. Delivery times generally range from 3–12 days, depending on location.
For shipments to the USA, customs processing times can occasionally be unpredictable. Orders are fully compliant but may experience delays beyond carrier estimates.
Can I get engraving?
Yes. I offer free, optional engraving on all orders.
Can you include a gift message?
With pleasure. I have attractive cards available for this purpose. Please include your message at checkout and be sure to note how you’d like the envelope addressed and the message signed.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. I take pride in the design and quality of my wind chimes and stand behind every piece. If you experience any issue, please get in touch and it will be addressed promptly.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you wish to return a wind chime for any reason, please contact me before sending it back and I will provide full instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage. Returns from the USA must be sent via USPS.
In more than 35 years of shipping my wind chimes, returns have been extremely rare.
