Coast Chimes provides fast, free shipping to customers in Canada and the USA.
These handcrafted wind chimes are tariff-free under CUSMA / USMCA.

There is a $20 charge per item at checkout for USA-bound orders to help cover new brokerage fees. Your order should arrive without any additional tariffs or surprise charges on delivery.

Orders typically ship within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excepted). Most orders ship via courier, while some may ship through Canada Post / USPS depending on location. Typical delivery times range from 3–12 business days to anywhere in the USA or Canada.

Upgraded shipping is available on the order page for even faster delivery.

taxes and duties

Canada: GST / HST and BC PST are collected at checkout.

USA: No state taxes are collected at checkout. You may or may not be charged for them upon delivery, depending on your state’s policies. These wind chimes are entirely made in Canada using Canadian materials, and I include all necessary documentation showing they qualify for CUSMA / USMCA tariff-free trade.

The $20 per-item charge for US orders helps cover the new brokerage fees. Shipping remains free, and your order should arrive without any additional duties or surprise fees.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact Coast Chimes for approval and instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product arrives broken or defective — in that case, Coast Chimes will cover the return shipping cost. Please obtain approval before sending any item back.
