Shipping to Canada

Shipping is free. Orders generally ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders ship via courier, though some may ship by Canada Post depending on location. Tracking details are provided by email. Typical delivery times range from 3–12 business days. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.


Shipping to the USA

Shipping is free, with a $20 brokerage fee per item added at checkout to help cover new brokerage costs. Your order will arrive tariff-free, with no additional duties or surprise charges on delivery — guaranteed.  Orders are fully compliant but may experience occasional delays beyond carrier estimates.

Orders generally ship within 1–2 business days via courier. Tracking is provided by email. Typical delivery times range from 3–15 business days. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout. No state taxes, duties, or tariffs are collected for USA orders.


Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please contact Coast Chimes first to request approval and return instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Returns from the USA must be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) rather than courier. Tracking is recommended. Returned items should be in original condition.


Guarantee & Damaged Orders

Every wind chime is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. If an issue ever arises, I’ll repair, replace, or refund the piece promptly.
